The only way to park there is with an app and you have to pick where you want to park before you arrive and see where the spaces are at. We originally choose a space that was Right Up Against a Wall and Pillar. We have a sonata so it's not huge but it would have required almost a 90-degree turn to get in. So, we had to go in and try to find a human at the front desk who could help. Before that, the app only gave us the option to accept the problem or cancel the reservation.
