Courteous staff but in advance over text forgot mention $25 fee for early check in. Kindly they waived it. Shower floor wasn't clean. Garbage was still in bin on arrival. I was told cleaning after three days but nothing during my four night stay. Was I supposed to request even after I was told cleaning after 3 days? The restaurant attached was really good. No decaf at cafe. No coffee in rooms. Carpet was raised at one edgr and a trip hazard. I needed to put a chair over it. Bring earphones for thin walls. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Homeless and police close by one evening. Loud drugged or drunk lady one night at 3am yelling something. Single ladies be aware. Price for closeness to downtown was decent. 1 mile walk to convention center worked well.

Very pleasant stay

Nice room, very friendly staff. Didn't know it turns into a nightclub at weekends but that's fine. Very close to the Van Buren for gigs and has an excellent restaurant onsite. Only open for dinner but the food is superb. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed on a Wednesday/Thursday so the outdoor bar was closed. The pool is small, about 2 feet deep all around and surrounded by a cozy lounge area. On site restaurant is very good - wonderful food and wonderful service. Room is really cool and has a fun decorated vibe - guitar, 8-ball, full size fridge, microwave, etc. water pressure in the shower is weak unless turned up to the hottest setting, not great for AZ heat. Overall a pretty cool place to stay for a night.
