My room was tiny but clean. The A/C worked, the shower was refreshing and there was a mini fridge. Rate was very reasonable for Rapallo and the hotel was 500 meters from downtown and the waterfront. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Such a gem in the middle of town. And the friendliest staff ever! Delicious cappuccinos and don't forget to check out the roof terrace. If you need car parking try to make a reservation beforehand. We didn't know but the staff bend over backwards to get us a permit to park on the street

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conviently located, a 4-5 minutes walk from the beach and across the street from a big supermarket. The rooftop terrace is perfect for a late night lunch with a very beautiful view.

We loved our 4 day stay here. The staff were uniformly cheerful and informative (thanks Lucretia, Giovanni and breakfast lady), the building charming, with a deck available on the 5th floor. The whole establishment was sparkling clean. Location is great, between 2 grocery stores, 10 minutes from the train station. Good soundproofing and air con. Plentiful storage, sweet balcony. Breakfast offered lots of options in all food groups in a pleasant room. Overall, top notch!

This place is very close to town center and beach area. The staff are super pleasant,nice and helpful. Now the king side bed mattress is hard and pillows are thin as sheet of paper. Besides that very clean

Really good value for money. I stayed in the single room as a solo traveller. Room was clean and comfortable. Small, but comfortable. Water was hot and there was a small fridge in the room. Staff were very warm and helpful. If you’re on a budget, this is a great option.

The hotel was only a 5-10 minute walk from the seafront and from the shopping streets and restaurants. There was also a handy supermarket just across the road! The reception staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a good selection for the buffet breakfast. We opted for the superior double room which had doors opening on to the hotel's terrace - very few people seemed to use it so it was almost like having a private outdoor space!

A ten minute walk from the station. Very helpful staff. Room clean and reasonably well appointed. A comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. Van delivery to the supermarket across the road at 5.30 am onwards was a bit noisy at times. Breakfast was alright but choices a little limited. The staff again were very helpful.

Easy check in / out Wouldn’t recommend room on 5th floor as Lift only goes to 4 and you have to navigate the additional 20 steps with luggage. Reception did offer to assist. Had a superior room which was comfortable, clean and basic ( no kettle for tea and coffee) . Breakfast was great ,was impressed with the service and selection of foods. Rooftop provides stunning views . Would have enjoyed sitting out but no shade.
