O local e bonito, mas o quarto que ficamos era muito antigo, algumas teias de aranha, móveis muito antigos e pouco confortável. O atendimento e bom, mas o café da manhã e fraco(esperava algo mais preparado lá, mas a maioria dos itens são iguais aos hotéis normais de grande redes.

Village medeval converti en hotel.
L’hôtel un peu plus isolé que je pensais avec un access par un chemin de terre mais une fois arrivé tout est parfait. Le restaurant est fantastique.

What a fantastic stay at this gorgeous place!! Their super friendly staff, the level of service, and the amazing views overlooking the sunset while having an aperitif, made this place even better!! Would recommend this place any day!!

A great stay. Good choice of rooms, lovely pool and view from the restaurant. The restaurant choices could have been better and the property needs some care such as a new bar by the pool and some new pool furniture. Overall a great stay in a quiet location, very convenient for travelling to all the major sights.

la location e bellissima, curatissima e un servizio davvero unico, la pecca è il ristorante, che ha un servizio eccellente, personale gentilissimo e molto attento, ma per quanti riguarda il menù misero e con poca scelta ma la nota dolente e che , pur mangiando cose normalissime ha dei prezzi come un ristorante in un attico nella migliore citta del mondo. ho cenato tutte e due le sere perchè comodo e in loco, vicino agli appartamenti, ma lo sconsiglio sia sui prezzi e sia se uno vuole degustare le specialità del luogo, con il costo di una cena cenavo 2 volte a qualsiasi migliore ristorante del luogo, come ci hanno anche detto altre persone che soggiornavano con noi.

Sehr schöne Lage. Die Geräusche von der nahen Schnellstrasse etwas störend, aber nicht so schlimm. Im Zimmer haben wir nichts gehört. Wunderschöner Infinity-Pool mit traumhaften Ausblick. Leider sind die Liegestühle unbequem. Generell sind die Gartenmöbel nicht sehr bequem und abgenutzt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Personal ist top. Am Abend haben wir bei schöner Aussicht im Restaurant qualitativ gute und köstliche Mahlzeiten genossen. Die einzige wirklich grosse Enttäuschung war das Frühstück. Sehr kleine Auswahl an wirklich frischen und hausgemachten Produkten.

Incantevole e pittoresco borgo medioevale sulle colline senesi. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Area piscina gradevole , pulita ed ordinata con magnifico panorama sulla zona circostante. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ristorante di buona qualità. Apprezzabile l'offerta di bevande gratuite nel frigobar. È un peccato che la camera non avesse un balcone o piccolo giardino per godere appieno del panorama, come segnalato in descrizione, ma solo finestre. In complesso un soggiorno molto gradevole e rilassante.

It was our second time visiting Laticastelli and fell in love all over again. The infinity pool is amazing, with a beautiful view over te hills. The same with the restaurant, the view you get is priceless! We had a gorgeous suite, with a turkish bath in it! The only downside of our room was the noice. There is a room directly above the suite so every time someone walked around you heared it very clear. Nevertheless the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Sehr gepflegte typisch toskanische Anlage. Ein traumhafter Infinity-Pool mit Blick auf die wunderschöne Landschaft. Waren leider nur 2 Übernachtungen dort, da nur noch 2 Nächte während unserer Reise in die Toskana frei waren. Jederzeit, gerne wieder !

Ottimo resort
Che dire....ottimo resort immerso in un piccolo borgo situato sopra una delle colline di Rapolano Terme, punto strategico per visitare tutta la provincia di Siena, a un passo da Firenze, Arezzo, Perugia e Cortona.Personale preparato e gentile, sempre disponibile a soddisfare le richieste. Meravigliosa la piscina a sfioro con panorama sulla valle, rilassante e molto romantica. Un'esperienza bellissima, consigliatissimo.

Mi dispiace non abbia trovato l'esclusività che si aspettava. MI avrebbe fatto molto piacere aver saputo i dettagli durante il soggiorno almeno al momento del check out per poter vedere i margini di miglioramento. Avrei preferito mi parlasse al check out anche del comodino in legno rovinato dallo smalto per le unghie che abbiamo trovato in camera dopo la vostra partenza ma sono dettagli che cerchiamo di rimediare immediatamente. Il nostro Borgo ha tutte le camere con ingresso indipendente come la Sua camera, ampi spazi sia nel giardino, ristorante, piscina. The stay was great, a very very special place. Service was also top of the class. The only downside was that the restaurant - which is managed separately from the hotel - does not quite meet the same standard as the resort.

Un piccolo ma pregevole angolo di paradiso, quasi bloccato dal tempo. Nei pressi di Siena, a due passi dagli stabilimenti termali di Rapolano Terme, si trova questo piccolo borgo medioevale, finemente ristrutturato ed adibito a relais. Una sensazione unica, come quella di tornare indietro nel tempo. Oltre alla privacy (una stradina sterrata di accesso in mezzo al bosco, ed una per scendere) il borgo offre un ampio parcheggio, una piscina a sfioro con vista panoramica su una vallata e sulle colline senesi circostanti, un ristorante (dove viene servita la colazione, unico punto migliorabile del nostro soggiorno), un giardino comune, immerso anch’esso nel verde da poter utilizzare per leggere, fare due chiacchiere o semplicemente riposare. Vale la pena passare almeno una notte. Gestione citata in ogni dettaglio. Compresa una bottiglia di vino in omaggio ed il frigobar pieno a disposizione gratuita. Fantastico!

the hotel is charming and the staff are welcoming. the bedroom was elegant and spacious, but it looked out on to a nearby superstrada, which meant there was no silence. the gravel-covered entry and exit roads are not suitable for street motorcycles or cars with low ground clearance.

ein idyllisches Plätzchen
die Location ist sehr speziell. Ausserhalb vom Dorf über eine Schotterstrasse hinauf zum Hotel, über 100 Jahre alt und vermutlich ein ehemaliger Bauernhof. Sehr idyllisch mit super Aussicht (vor allem vom Pool aus) auf die wunderschöne Landschaft der Toscana. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr rustikal, in einzelnen Zimmer wäre mal eine Modernisierung zwingend nötig (z. Bsp alter Duschvorhang). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Küche sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet hingegen ist eher dürftig. Aber alles in allem guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Toscana.

Grande Decepção
O hotel definitivamente não vale o preço que custa. Pelas fotos e avaliações eu esperava muito mais. Pontos negativos: O nível de serviço é fraco (não dão a atenção e explicações aos hóspedes na forma como se espera de um hotel de alto nível). O quarto é espaçoso, porém os móveis são velhos, o piso é simples e tem um cheirinho de mofo. O hotel não apresenta áreas comuns interessantes que não sejam a da piscina. O café da manhã é mais ou menos, bem abaixo do esperado. O hotel fica localizado na beira de uma grande rodovia, por isso é possível ouvir barulho de caminhões e carros passando a todo instante, o que tira muito o chame do lugar, pois esperávamos uma propriedade mais rural, e portanto silenciosa e aconchegante. Pontos positivos: a piscina é bem bonita e tem uma vista legal. O restaurante para jantar é muito bom e não é caro. Resumindo: o hotel não oferece um padrão condizente com o preço da diária. Fiquei 20 dias na Itália, passando por 14 hoteis diferentes, e esse foi, sem dúvida, o pior custo benefício de todos. Por esse mesmo valor, fiquei em hoteis muito superiores em outras localidades na própria Toscana.

It is a shame that this didn't happen with you. our apologizes. I would like to explain our hotel is a medieval village turned into a 4 star Country Relais . We are not super luxury hotel . It is obvious that you were expecting something diferent. We are sorry about this. The rooms, all with old furniture and painted with original Tuscan colours, have kept the medieval atmosphere that , with our fantastic pool and Tuscan views, are usually very appreciated by our guests, I'm really sorry you were not satisfied. Es una casona refaccionada.
Deberian al menos ayudarte con las maletas para llegar a las habitaciones que estan subiendo una o dos escaleras. Es lo minimo que se puede pedir por las tarifas que cobran. Hay una falta de direccion del establecimiento. Deberian insonorizar mas las habitaciones. Dan a una calle interna sin vistas. A pesar de todo, el entorno es increible y compensa todas las falencias que tiene el alojamiento. La pileta tiene unas vistas inmejorables.

No sé qué sucedió en el pasado, pero le aseguro que ahora ofrecemos el servicio de portero. Una de la belleza de nuestro Relais está precisamente en la experiencia íntima que ofrece, retrocediendo en el tiempo y viviendo como en un pequeño pueblo medieval. Lo siento que no le gustó nuestra pintoresca calle que atraviesa el pueblito. Año tras año hacemos mejoras, vuelva a venir, no vamos a decepcionarle. En un tranquilo pueblo de la Toscana, este hotel es ideal para estar tranquilo y visitar los pequeños pueblos de la Toscana. Las vistas son increíbles desde cualquier lado que uno esté. Hotel diffuso in borgo su una collinetta
Hotel a pochissimi chilometri dale terme di rapolano. In effetti è un borgo interamente della struttura adibito ad hotel diffuso. Personale gentile. A noi hanno dato una camera bellissima in un casolare molto caratteristico. Camera molto grande e comoda. C'è il ristorante in cui si fa anche colazione molto carino con una bella vista. Si mangia anche molto bene. Per l'estate c'è anche una bella piscina.

Hotel de campo para vc viver as vistas e campos da Toscana. Hotel um tanto rústico, próximo a Siena. Local com vista maravilhosa, tanto na piscina como no restaurante. Restaurante e vinhos compatíveis com o preço cobrado. Vale a pena ir, sabendo que estará longe dos centros urbanos. Se quiser curtir a natureza da Toscana, vai sem medo.
