“The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!”

However, access is not easy especially there is a road closure but the hotel is not properly sign posted; Notice is given that it takes 45 minutes after switching on the water heater for hot water (which in itself is not great), in reality, no hot water is available after at least 2 hours. “예약은 당일 9시쯤해서 좀 걱정했어요 호텔이 아닌 레지던스라서 호스트랑 연락이 바로될지 키를 받는 부분이 괜잖을지 연락은 바로 올지하고요 연락이 한시간 후쯤 바로 오고 체크인하는 방법과 비번들도 자세히 선명해주어서 체크인 하는데 전혀 불편함이 없었어요 또 호스트가 다른 호실에 계시는지 타올이 필요하다 연락하니 바로 와서 교체해주엇어요 문의에 대한 답도 거의 10분 이내로 바로 오고 늦은 밤에도 연락이 가능했어요 ”
