“The staff were really friendly even though I had a late check in due to a delayed flight. Great service all around.”

“Great access to Spring/Woodlands area. Our bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. I will stay there again.”

The person on staff made it seem like the elevator has issues a lot when I went and told them about it, which...
