Location was the best. Service was exceptional however the room and amenities were outdated, need much improve. All the towel smelled and the water temperature was unpredictable

An excellent hotel to stay

Soft bed, clean rooms, good views from the 25th floor, shopping center next to the hotel. A lot of parking space. The pool was maybe a bit too cold. Overall experience was excellent.

The front desk (big fit men) were absolutely dreadful when I checked out with my wife and a tony large luggage I was offered no help whatsoever to my car down stairs. I am 75 with evidence of a recent major knee operation. The staff were lazy and uninterested. In addition I specifically asked and wrote down that 2 small ice bags that I need for my insulin pens were to be frozen. I picked them up on checking out and zero had been done. No interest at all and same men. Dreadful lazy staff.
