We have visited the Pandora many times pre-Covid and we're happy to come back post-Covid. The staff are wonderful and Zane the manager is as helpful and friendly as ever. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great hotel.

Great hotel,this is the second time we have stayed here. The two pools are cleaned everyday and are open till late. Staff are very friendly. Clean , spacious and comfortable rooms . Very good food and cocktails are good ,with happy hour every day.Highly recommend...

Room was nice, large and clean. Staff was friendly. The property was a bit isolated and a long walk to the town. WiFi was very bad. You had to be lucky to get a signal. The cable for the tv was out. Although you shouldn’t be watching tv on vacation.

My wife and I enjoyed an incredible stay at Pandora. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We would rate the staff a perfect 10. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We elected not to have our room cleaned daily and woke up each morning to a bag with towels, water, coffee, etc...on our patio table. Pandora is secluded and quiet while being a short one mile walk to all of the action. The pool area was clean and comfortable. The food was outstanding and reasonable. The bar selections were better than most bars on the island and priced very inexpensively. While everything about our stay was awesome, the staff is what took it over the top. If we are back in Koh Samet we will saty again for sure!

We had a great stay, and the children loved the pool and the relaxed atmosphere. I had an issue with the booking; I do believe that was the app's fault rather than the hotel staff's. However, I ended up paying an extra 500 Baht for an additional bed for my 7-year-old daughter. The extra bed was made of a mattress on the floor that was very uncomfortable. Therefore, I ended up sleeping on the floor and gave my daughter my space on the bed. The hotel was very clean and lovely to be in. The cocktails were made to perfection, and the breakfast was fantastic.

I found the rooms lacking in basic amenities. I had to leave the luggage on the floor.Hot water kettle lid is broken posing risk of boiling water spilling while pouring. Bathroom sink tap needs two hands to operate one to hold it from moving while turning the tap. I strongly suggest Expedia take remedial action. Also restaurant does not open till8.00A. M. Charges are ala carte. Refrigerator door makes scary noise when opened. This place is the worst I stayed thru Expedia. Staff are nice. Food is good. Hotel is not close to beach. shopping & dining need an auto ride to access.

Generally I had a nice stay and the hotel grounds and pools were great, however my room was very spartan, the curtains are shabby thin and do not close over the windows . There were no beside table or any choice for soft lighting in room, stayed 4 nights and didn't receive any room clean or towel change.

Lovely Stay

had an absolutely lovely time staying at this hotel albeit the fact it’s 20-mins walk from the pier and another added 10-min walk to the beach area. but this made me make full use of enjoying the room, pool, and some of the bar’s food, and doing nothing and be in the moment love the studio room for it’s size- felt like home away from home. had a beautiful view overlooking the pool as well. only downside is that somehow mosquitoes manage to enter the room even though windows and doors are closed! but they are easy to kill so it’s okay. staff are friendly; will come back to stay again if i ever return!

The location of this hotel is a bit isolated. You must order a truck from the front desk to drive you anywhere. They are pretty pricy. The reception is not open all night so there is no service after 10 pm I believe. The pools and bar were very nice, food was ok. There was a bug issue inside my mom's room as well as mine. We had opened a bag of chips which was the next day filled with ants. We decided not to eat or drink in the rooms. There is tons of wildlife which is very loud at night. This is normal considering the location and not an issue. However one night when I came up to my room, there was a rat outside my door which had been torn apart. There was blood everywhere. I went to bed, and the next morning opened my door to find it still there with bugs surrounding it. No one had cleaned it. The rooms themself aren't very cozy or comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was HUGE!! The bedding was soft, so were the pillows. The 2 pools both had clear, refreshing water The bathroom was new, modern and spacious, with never ending hot water Had a full size refrigerator and kitchenette sink Good for extended stays with family or 2 couples Propert is a little far from the busy beaches,, but it’s very quiet and peaceful for a relaxing vacation. Motorbikes are cheap to rent, about $10/day or can take a taxi that the resort staff will call for you. The action, if desired is only a short ride away, but there’s a cute local Thai bar, with pool and foosball a few minutes away, even by foot, if you don’t find the resort has all you need. Besides the fire show, and the sunset/sunrise view points, or water sports activities in the ocean, one could just relax at the resort the entire trip. We will definitely book again for future trips, especially to get away from the noise and crowds of the city and relax poolside

Underligt værelse med stor stue med køkken der ikke var funktionelt og lille soveværelse uden udsigt. Ved indtjeningen sagde de vi bare kunne opgradere gratis, men da vi ønskede noget andet kunne det alligevel ikke lade sig gøre. Ved poolen som der er to af er der i alt tre parasoller og 8 liggestole. Hotellet ligger langt fra alt og personalet var småsure ved henvendelserne… kan ikke anbefales

Hotelli sivussa hälinästä

Pandora resort hiukan syrjässä keskustasta, mutta mopolla pääsee helposti liikkumaan joten ei häirinnyt meitä ollenkaan. Uima-altaita kaksi ja baari/ravintola heti altaan vieressä. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen ja palvelu toimi moitteettomasti. Miinus tulee siitä että TV ei toiminut ja kysyttäessä ei kuulemma missään huoneessa. Lisäksi allasalueen musiikki soi ihan liian kovaa ja häiritsi rentoutumista.
