Amazing stay, the host is one of the most helpful people I’ve come across regarding accommodation. I stay in a lot of hotels/apartments and this was one of the best

Didn't stay in the appointed apartment. Replacement was without heat and electricity in most rooms, whilst the bed had previously been slept in. Cancelled the other nights of the stay and went elsewhere. The lady who was my contact was great and apologetic but it can't change the experience
