I made reservations for two "Standard Apartment (Smart Piscina)" rooms for my family (5 people). At check in they provided what it looked like regular documents with several parragraphs in three languages and they made me sign a couple of them in portuguese as check in staff didnt speak other language so I believed was not an issue having myself stayed in different countries and hotels where had faced the same situation (never had a problem). In the process it was never explained anything related to their right (?) to change my room at their will nor was provided any specific date of any potential room change. A couple of days after when we where about to leave the hotel in a taxi to go to the closest town because we had a tourist trip reservation to a nearby beach, I realized I had a lost phone call through whatsapp (at 11am) from an unknown number. Thats where the nightmare began. They told me that I had to leave my room inmediatley because the "shared time owner" had arrived (?). I replied that I was never told about such a change and that even if I accepted that would have to be after we come back from the tour. They where furious and in a very rough way three people arrived and later on the Manager On Duty who even requested the guards to not allow us to leave the hotel. Whole family was in shock. As I didnt want to expose them to something else I finally moved to a different room. This kind of reactions & lack of judgment is unnaceptable. Worst situation ever lived.

A estadia foi excelente! O local é muito limpo, organizado, bem cuidado e tem uma localização privilegiada, com acesso direto à praia. O custo-benefício também é muito bom e toda a estrutura atendeu às expectativas. Como sugestão de melhoria, participamos de uma apresentação sobre o empreendimento oferecida em troca de um voucher. A informação passada foi de que a apresentação duraria cerca de 30 minutos, porém acabou se estendendo por aproximadamente 1h30. Não foi um grande problema, mas acredito que alinhar melhor a duração ajudaria os hóspedes a se programarem. No geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência e voltaríamos com certeza.

O quarto é gostoso, café da manhã muito bom. A praia na frente é uma delícia. A única coisa que incomoda no hotel, mas é do modelo de negócio, são os vendedores na piscina, em que você fica desconfortável pois a qualquer momento uma pessoa te aborda para tentar vender a multipropriedade. Como estamos em viagem, queremos ficar a vontade e não preocupados de termos que ficar desviando dessas situações. De resto foi tudo ótimo, atendimento da equipe da piscina excelente.

Sensacional o empreendimento. Ficamos no quarto smart piscina. Vale super a pena, você tem conexão direta com a piscina sem precisar sair do quarto para tal. O quarto conta com uma excelente cama de casal e um sofá cama, em ambientes separados. 2 Tvs, 2 ar condicionados., frigobar e microondas. A equipe é excelente, preços justos pra quem decide pelo alacarte. Resort pé na areia e praia do local é excelente, principalmente pra quem tem filhos pequenos. Diversas atrações no local.

O check in foi um pouco lento, mas cordial. O check out foi mais ágil. Os quartos poderiam ser mais amplos, a fim de garantir um maior espaço de circulação. É um pouco estreito o espaço em volta da cama. Tem um bom banheiro, com forte ducha, mas a água do nosso box vazava para o piso do lado de fora. Ar condicionado, bom colchão e cortina com blackout garantiram o conforto para uma boa noite de sono. O café da manhã era bastante variado, boa reposição e gostoso. Já os buffets de almoço e jantar eram ok. Pratos variados, boas opções, mas nenhum que se destacasse, mas por ser um resort é bastante conveniente ter o restaurante a sua disposição e não ter que sair para fazer refeições. Na última noite, pedimos pizzas, que eram opções melhores que o buffet, mas tinham preços inflacionados. A praia é muito tranquila, há guarda-sóis e cadeiras do resort disponíveis, mas hóspedes mal educados, chegam muito cedo, largam suas coisas nelas e somem por horas e quem realmente está na praia no momento, não consegue utilizar. Entendo não ser culpa do hotel, mas poderia haver uma conscientização para que não ajam assim. As piscinas são muito boas e a todo momento os funcionários estão dando manutenção e limpando tudo. A outra reclamação que tenho é que, apesar de ter sinalizado que queria a arrumação do meu quarto, isso não aconteceu durante a estada. O quarto das minhas irmãs ao lado foi arrumado normalmente. Voltaria a me hospedar? Acredito que sim.

Tudo excelente, só gostaria de comentar que nós bares molhado e da piscina precisam ter mais funcionários, pois foi difícil pedir uma caipirinha. E uma observação sobre o piso ao redor das piscinas, ele é escorregadio quando molhado! Não achei muito apropriado. E o acesso elevado da piscina aquecida, precisa de um guarda-corpo nas laterais da escada, pois crianças ou idosos podem cair.
