“It was clean. I wished I've had a bath tub for bath.”

“Traffic noises”

“Good”

“Nice room, outdoor pool, big parking.”

“Nice, quite and clean room up stairs lot of privacy. Definitely come back if needed for traveling”

“Front desk staff was very friendly at checkin,”

“The place is run down and neglected. Attention to detail, many items in the room showed obvious signs of neglect. The breakfast was good and the staff was excellent, but the mattress was also lumpy and very uncomfortable. Fair price for what you received. They had me on the first floor and the people above me were very loud all night.”

“Complete breakfast...potatoes, sausage, scram. eggs, waffle iron, bagel, bread, yogurt, cereals, fruit and likely a few I have forgotten.”

“The hotel didn't offer key cards for the room cause they said the system was down and it was just very inconvenient because everytime I wanted to go into my room I had to request the front desk to open my room for me .”

“Aaron and all the employees at the Inn at Shasta Lake were incredibly nice and accommodating. Highly recommend and will stay again. Thank you!”
