"Close to the terminal building accessible by a covered walkway (2 min walk) and great for a night’s rest before our next morning flight. The room was clean and we got an upgrade which was practically 2 rooms for the 4 of us. It was a delight after a long day of travel and we had a very good rest."

"The ataff were are all amazing - from check-in to the dining, they were all professional and kind. The bed was very comfortable and our room had all of the necessities and great AC! Where this hotel has challenges is in its cleanliness. Our bathroom was not properly stocked and the toilet had not been cleaned (no descriptions should be necessary) and the tables in the dining areas need to be wiped down and cleared more frequently. We recognize that this hotel is heavily used but the furniture was in rough shape and needs to be cleaned / replaced. It is difficult writing this as the amenities, location and particularly staff are all 5 Star. The building just needs some love and attention."

"Booked family room for 5 guests at a great price... can't grumble for what i paid, it was a place to rest for a night. The main bed was comfy, the other 2 beds were not so great but not awful. Clean bedding. Didn't have a remote for the TV but reception gave us one. Heating in the bathroom was on in scorching weather but reception sorted that too. The room had a bit of a funky smell and a bit of mould but nothing drastic Extremely annoying that I paid for breakfast for 5 people and got told they dont serve breakfast... when I asked for a refund I got told to go via hotels.com who I used to book and have been completely ignored by them. No refund for breakfast which I must partly blame the hotel for allowing it to be an option, despite not booking directly. Im sure they could have helped. Overall, its a place to rest, if its a good price its okay... if you want high end, this is not it. And dont pre pay for any food!!"

"Super late check in. Front desk made it seamless, I was exhausted. Got up and had a super breakfast buffet. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, after a long day of flights, lost baggage, and transport issues, they were a definite highlight and saving grace. Thank you!"
