“Shower head broke off and hit my face anf bruised my mouse part. Hotel told me to contact hotels.com for compensation. ”

“Arrived early and was able to get checked into my room an hour early. Great service and friendly staff. Glad for the wifi as there is no cellular service in that area. Room was clean and nice. The view was beautiful seeing the ocean and hearing ocean at night.”

“Location and jacuzzi tub were amazing but that’s about it. Shower drain was moldy, loose access panel and TP holder in the bathroom. Rose petals (fake, lol…) still in room. Ew. Restaurant opened at check out.”

“This was a great clean, safe property, with great staff, and amenities. Very aesthetically pleasing, with a classy look and great art. The down side is the $55 a night valet parking fee which is high but worth it, if you value your automobile, and your safety. Also, the valet staff lost my leather key fob cover, which I hope will be brought up as a teaching moment in their next staff meeting. Attention to details when dealing with car keys is needed.”

“Such a quaint older facility just a stones throw from the beach!! Certainley enjoyed the location...enjoyed the beach, the surfers and waling about 20 yards from room to beach!! Restaurants within walking distance, so convenient and the food was delicious!”

“The view from this room was amazing. Watching the sun set and the sound of the crashing waves provides the rest and relaxation we really needed.”
