The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was so small that you had to straddle the toilet just to close the door. But it was clean and functional. Would I stay there again? Sure if I ever come back to SF. Did we try the breakfast buffet that came with the room rate, no. The line was so long and we didn’t want to stand in line to grab a coffee and a bite. But it must have been nice because there were a lot of people there.

The room was clean, except for the floor, my husband walked around bare foot whilst getting ready one evening and his feet were black. The room is very spacious but the bathrooms are tiny and very very dated, the toilet has no cistern and is something you would have in a public toilet, if someone flushes the toilet anywhere near your room, you will hear it. Breakfast was disappointing for us, but if you like having a hot breakfast then it’s perfect, you’re also expected to tip for someone to bring you a glass of orange juice. The free drinks between 4pm & 6pm are a big plus, but if you go on the days the restaurant is open, then it’s table service and you are expected to tip again.
