"Had a booking for 2 adults in a swim up room and was put next to the toddler pool, while we could see families with toddlers in deep swim up rooms! Where is the thought and logic in that?"

Additionally, the outdated cookware and missing bedroom TV remote impacted the experience. I enjoyed my stay, but there is clear room for improvement."

"The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The best thing about it was that it faced the beach - about a one minute walk away. It was wonderful being able to see the ocean from the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves in bed. Would've stayed longer but unfortunately it was booked out."
