"All was good except for the bed mattress."

"Stayed a week with no Tv. They gave us free parking for the inconvenience, basically charged us for something that should be free anyway and took it off the bill. Tv went off a few hours after we checked in. After complaining to the management we were asked how they could make it better,they were told discount a day they said they couldn't. What they did do was take off 50.00. From a 7 day stay without tv. Which doesn't come close to making it better."

"Room was not clean!!! Long black hair strands on the floor in the bathroom. On the right side of the bed were dirty toenail clippings! The carpet was so dirty, I had to put a towel down on the side of the bed to wipe my feet before I could get into bed! It was obvious the staff had not vacuumed in quite a while. The laundry room was pleasantly surprising; it was fairly clean and I was able to do a couple loads of laundry - cost was $2.50 total per load. The furniture in the lobby is worn out, stained and dirty. Parking was ample. Hotel was in a good location. I have stayed here twice. Will not be staying again! Neither time did I get the room I had reserved. Someone, maybe the manager, needs to take some responsibility for the needs - or lack there of - at this hotel. "

"Expedia didn't disclose that the hotel is going thru lobby and hallway renovations. There were contractors, buckets, paint, throughout the lobby. The front desk informed me that they can cancel the reservation but need to contact Expedia for refund. Expedia told me the decision is ultimately the hotel's so therefore i need to talk to them. So basically both sides made me feel like 'suck it, you are too small of a customer and we dont care about your stay" "

"The room was ok. Tue heating and cooling unit was missing the cover. Otherwise, it was fine. "

"Jimmy was clearly communicative, which made our stay smooth. Our trip to Woodstock centered on a home purchase, which made for a busy turn around trip in and out of Georgia. The home was perfectly organized and set up for what we needed as an inviting, comfortable and organized temporary home base. I plan to stay again! Fun fact, my stay included my cousin being with me on this trip and we got to stay in the home ON Cousins Road. The photo we took of us at the street sign serves as a wonderful memory!! Thank you!!!"
