"We checked in around 9:30pm there was a very nice lady at a tiny window at check in. We are far too tired to run around looking for another hotel at this hour. The room smells heavily of Marijuana, with a lingering cigarette smell. The comforters on both beds are covered in holes, I'm assuming from people smoking in the rooms. There are 2 flat sheets on the beds no fitted sheets one has black and brown spots and the other has a black/grey smudge. The right side bed lamp does not work, the outlets are all so loose none of our chargers will stay plugged in. The headboard on the right side has visible hand prints.😱😱😱 The mirrors have not been cleaned, the desk chair upholstery is in shreds and is missing an arm. There are mystery drips down the sides of the furniture. The bathroom doorknob is very loose, there is a questionable smudge on the floor. The tub surround is broken and repaired with silicone that appears to be moldy along with several black spots along the tub caulking, there is visible dirt on the floor, and a visible hair ball on the floor. The bathroom door itself is covered in dirt/grime and is in a terrible state of disrepair, the door knob is very loose. The bathroom smells the worst of Marijuana and there are insufficient towels for a room with 2 queen beds. The hvac unit is being held up by a piece of wood. The overall cleanliness of the floor is poor at best. No phone, no alarm clock, no coffee maker, no ice bucket, no iron, and no hair dryer."

"The first issue we came across was our room did not have a trash can in our bathroom and had to wait 24hrs for them to bring one up. The next morning we went down for breakfast and there was nothing left, there was about 45min left for breakfast and we were told they wouldn’t be making any more and to eat what was left (a few muffins, and toast, plus a few apples). The day after we went down relatively early for breakfast and they were taking away the waffle maker due to their not being anymore syrup, the eggs were empty, juices were gone. Only thing left was pulled pork. Which to me, that’s not breakfast. My wife wanted to grab some oatmeal and saw that they had raspberry preserves as well, when she tried it her mouth caught fire and when we brought it up to the staff we were told that it was mango habanero jam (the sign said raspberry preserves) and they did nothing to help, she had an allergic reaction. We went out and spent money on breakfast for our second straight day when it should have been included as well after tending to my wife’s reaction. Then on check out I was told there’s only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel and I had to carry out my luggage, a hotel staff member offered to help us carry our baggage but there should be enough luggage carts to help guests. The room was clean and staff was friendly, but there were a few issues that we couldn’t overlook. "

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room did not match the photos shown on the website, and the overall condition was not what was advertised. There were no trash cans in the room upon arrival, and I had to go to the front desk to request one. The towels provided were extremely small — more like children’s size — and some had visible old stains. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedsheets. The TV remote also did not work, so we had to keep getting up to manually change the channels, which was frustrating. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests."
