"I’m surprised that Holiday Inn lets this hotel operate under the IHG banner. This hotel is not up to General Holiday Inn standards. The rooms have that foul, musty smell. The sink did not drain properly. The shower water was mildly warm at best. I realize it is an older hotel but there is zero effort to keep it modern. Such a shame. I booked through a 3rd party (hotels.com) and prepaid for 4 breakfasts. The hotel claims to have no record of this. Now I have to see how to handle that misstep. Terrible experience from a traveler who generally trusts the Holiday Inn brand name. "

"I brought my service dog where the property allows it on the website. They immediately tried to kick me out of the hotel after they saw my dog. Then they moved my room to a cheaper one. There was left over food in the room and the front window was cracked. They did not give me a lower price since they downgraded my room, AND my girlfriend got a stye on her eye after sleeping in one of the dirty beds. Horrible experience and I am so upset I spent that much on terrible service. "
