"My biggest issue was with the condition of the property. In the room, many things were damaged and worn. Half the closet door was missing, doors and furniture need replacing, painting is needed in many areas of the place, water pressure was low and water was not hot enough. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was acceptable."

"The location was great: 2-3 blocks from Capitol. The Internet was extremely slow. If you want to use it, you need to pay a lot. The 'free' password did not work. Nothing is included. Parking is $45/night, but is not mentioned when booking the room. The room lacked a robe, lotion. You could tell that it was prepared in a hurry. If you have to call the hotel for any reason, be prepared to get a 1800... sales number, to wait, be disconnected and repeat the whole cycle again. There is no direct number to the reception/front desk. The restaurant/tavern on the 1st floor was very, very slow, yet expensive. Be prepared to wait for an hour in the morning just for eggs, pancakes and coffee. Staff appear to be nice, but only because they are waiting for tips. "

"The breakfast was good but the cleanliness was terrible. We stayed in room 414 and found bed bugs all over the mattress. We told the front desk and they said they couldn’t give us a refund or nothing. They didn’t care and didn’t do anything to compensate us. We all came o it bit from the bed bugs & now have to deal with that. Do not stay here, it’s very nasty. "
