“There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference”

“Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!”

“The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. This hotel is exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Also nice to stretch our legs for an easy walk through the park to Red Robin for dinner. ”

“No elevator. We had to carry our suitcases up a flight of stairs. We didn’t have enough towels. There were four of us in the room and only two sets of towels. No free WiFi. Breakfast was very good. There was a cook on site and food was served for you. ”

The sink in the kitchen area did not drain well and the disposal wasn’t working, this led to an odor. “The room is clean but there was no breakfast that was promised as is listed and I did not know that there was a deposit which I barely had enough money to pay for and I was under the impression it was a refundable deposit that I would get it back which wasn't and the guy when I checked in was very rude and he gave me a lot of attitude when I checked in and I will never stay there again”

We arrived late in the evening and they said they already completed their audit for the night and they showed we were booked for the next day even though I had the receipt. They turned us away and we had to find another hotel. Expedia was awesome and we received a refund on our payment.”
