The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. It is within walking distance (5-15 minutes) of some great restaurants. We walked to Mosaic Stadium from the hotel (20 minutes). The only downside was it is next to a train crossing and we heard the train each night.

Floor was annoyingly creaky and tub was worse, tap head falls off, hallway looked old and looked like incomplete repairs. Pool was ok, room a bit noisy beside the rail tracks. Staff were pleasant. Beds were fine. Great restaurants close by.

The hotel was clean and we were situated near family as requested. Perhaps out of the hotels control it should be noted the neighborhood was unfortunately very dirty and required a significant police presence in-order to manage apparent drug use and homelessness. It was disappointing that the hotel inflated prices by more than double because of a sporting event.

Centrally located property. Tired but in the middle of renovations. We chose this property over another due to the pool however the pool was closed for maintenance the first night, opened for our second night. The pool is small, good for the kids to have a splash but likely annoy others if busy. Lots of parking and friendly staff.

This is one of the better stays we’ve had on our cross Canada road trip. Extremely friendly staff, room was clean, beds were comfy and it’s in a really good area in town. I also recommend trying the food at outlaw bbq down the street. The food was fantastic! This area is newly being built and seems to be developing well! Would recommend to anyone staying here.

All in all a great experience. The hotel and my room were spotless. Parking can be a little dodgy sometimes as there is a restaurant on one side and a night club on the other. So you MIGHT have to drive the lot a couple of times to find a spot. Other than that, no complaints. A very nice and relaxing hotel.
