“The staff was great and were very attentive and always eager to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking available upon request. Location was very good. No TV's which is fine, just make sure to have a device your children if needed. We do recommend and we will stay there again.”

“I stayed at this hotel for six days. Overall, the staff were friendly, but I experienced several unusual and disappointing service issues. I was told that housekeeping would be provided daily, but in reality, the room was only cleaned when I specifically requested it. On one occasion, it even seemed as though water had been spilled on the bedding, so I had to return and ask for it to be changed. The service did not feel like what I would expect from a five-star hotel. My laundry was delivered...

“Check in was easy and pleasant. However when we checked into our room there was some dirty clothes and the floor was obviously not vacuumed. We immediately notified the front desk and they had a cleaner come up and take care of it. That was definitely disappointing for a first impression. It would have been nice to have been compensated but nothing was offered. It was in a good location and everything was easy to get to by foot. The air conditioning, tv, kitchen - all were great. Bed were too...
