"The food was good and I had a very good massage. But the amenities and activities described on the website were disappointing or non existent. For ex there were very few animals and to access them you had to walk up and down steep hills, not realistic for children. There were no cooking classes and we were not permitted to tour the olive oil factory or do olive oil tastings despite me asking hte front desk and advertised on the website. Additionally we had issues in our apartment with the wifi not working and no hot water or water pressure in the shower. When i discussed this with the front staff i was not given any compensation or alternate options"
