“We were part of a large group, others said they saw bugs in bed. I didn’t see any in ours, but our room was dirty. Hair in bathroom on walls, USED bar of soap, toilet ran all night, security latch on door was taped/didnt work. I was extremely disgusted and would never stay again. ”

But I wanted to make sure I include that in the review. I've worked in customer service for 20 years, and it's the little things that make a difference, and she is an employee that is an asset to your community. Thank you!”

“The general manager said that the room that we reserved wasn’t available( bed with a sofa couch for the children to sleep on) then I proceeded to let them know that we would just have to find somewhere else (so the kids wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor) then she all of a sudden had a room, with a sofa couch, available. We paid for it, went to the room and it DIDNT have a couch and before we could even get back up to the front desk to see what was going on there were blankets and pillows...
