The place and room is very cozy, even in a snowy days. Ann and Alan are friendly and wonderful hosts. The breakfast served were the true bnb flavor, which I haven't had for quite a long time. It's rare nowaday!

Anne and Alan are the sweetest and most thoughtful hosts. The room was adorable, the breakfast delicious, and the location was incredibly convenient. They took great care to make sure that I had a lovely experience, and I look forward to staying with them again.

Pratt Smith BnB offers excellent hospitality. The hosts are kind, attentive, and make you feel welcome right away. The house is clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a warm home like atmosphere. Breakfast is excellent and thoughtfully prepared, with something different each day. Overall, this is a very well run place where guests are genuinely cared for. I would strongly recommend Pratt Smith BnB and would stay here again.

The Pratt Smith B&B is a unique place to stay. The home has 100+ years of history, built by pioneers. Alan & Ann are such gracious hosts & we loved talking with them. Their breakfast table display was beautiful & food so very delicious.
