"The room was very well appointed, lots of space with a huge bathroom in the Spa Suite. Breakfast was plentiful though there were no warm plates for the cooked breakfast. Nice airy open bar area and orangery where food was served. Debbie on reception gave a warm and friendly welcome. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Really liked the location and quality of the hotel! Loads of green areas around for walks, kids go run around and kick about! The hotel is expansive, very generous rooms and decent food! Not much variety on the menu in the restaurant and including breakfast if you don’t eat pork you have limited options The only point of improvement would be restaurant service, we waited for over an hour for our dinner and having a toddler and a new born it wasn’t a good experience we saw many tables served before ours and some that came after us got their food first, don’t want to think more of it but wasn’t nice to experience"

"Needed a room for the night in Sheffield for myself and my 11 year old granddaughter as she was playing in a football tournament . The Ibs was spot on for the job . Clean etc . Only small downside is no offsite parking , but 5 minutes was not a problem to us but maybe others."

"A nice modern hotel. Clean and comfortable on a main road that will allow you to travel out to a bunch of different riding and hiking spots conveniently. Staff were friendly and as mentioned it was lovely and clean. Only recommendation would be to bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper and you happen to be in a room looking out on to the road. The windows are thick but seemingly not enough to block out noise from passing vehicles. "

"For a budget hotel as it states then yes all good, the only thing I would class as a negative is the additional parking charge that is then charged at check in, which then they only accept card payments no cash on site "
