Room was large and very nice but extremely hot at times, I'm sure I would've been provided with a fan should I have asked but I didn't as I was in and out due to work, so that was on me, not the hotel. Staff were fantastic and nice relaxed feel about the place. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Great Find, lovely hotel

I stayed with my 7 year old daughter for one night only, we arrived late and left early so was not here long. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were lovely, food was lovely and there was ample parking. Qpuld definitely stay again and was really happy with the price.

Nice hotel and good value for money. Shame about the 11 oclock check out on the Sunday and the breakfast that finished at 9:30. Apart from that, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

What an amazing place

I had a great stay the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were most helpful and approachable making me feel more settled as I travelled alone. The breakfast was amazing and hot! The room was clean and there was complimentary things in the bathroom which you never get! The only snag was I could hear some sort of generator or air conditioning unit that didn’t go off/ quieter until midnight and I like it quiet when I sleep or I can’t sleep.

Comfortable, spacious room

Comfortable, spacious room. Very hot as the radiator was on full but easily remedied. Double and single bed in room. The en suite bathroom had the luxury of a bath and plenty of hot water. A lovely stay.

All good , staff wonderful but long wait for food ( over an hour owing to big party in hotel and ? £50 deposit for a room that takes ages to get back

Hotel is nice enough, I had a triple room. Pints nearly £7 up north is a joke and they charge you £50 deposit to stay, the woman tried to scoff at me as she falsely said " it's a very common thing now " no it isn't. I stay in hotels 4 days a week around the country and only two have done it. She swiped my card as she again told me incorrectly " it's just a deposit " and it immediately took £50 and it's the day after and it's still not back. Shame as I'm sat in another hotel around the corner that's not as aesthetically pleasing but that £50 charge has guaranteed I will not go back to that hotel again.
