The room was spacious and it was perfect for a quick night before an early morning flight. Beds were lovely. Bathroom was not very updated and showed its age, but was clean and comfortable. The check in experience was so lovely- the woman checking us in packed us breakfast bags when she heard we’d leave before the buffet. Her kindness made the stay!

The staff was super friendly from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. One of the best customer service experience I’ve had at a hotel. The room was clean and very spacious, with a work station, large king bed, accessible shower, and nice sofa bed. I will definitely be staying here again!

It's a nice hotel conveniently located near the airport and other sights in Reno. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Great Stay for a Family of Four
Great stay. We had to do a last minute booking bc of weather. Room was pretty big with a sitting area. Furnishings are slightly dated and old but if you're looking for a room for some space this is a good option. Worth mentioning that there isn't really a restaurant on premises but you can get a quick meal there and the staff was super nice a nd accomodating.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We stayed here one night with our family of four because we had a late arrival in to the airport. The hotel airport shuttle takes about less than 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet included (scrambled eggs and chorizo) with choice of cereals bagels fresh fruit.

Would have been 5 stars all around but……
I would have given 5 star for everything but our room did not get cleaned from our two days stay. I wasn’t informed there wasn’t going to be any room service. I saw the cleaning of other rooms but when I returned from being gone all day, my room was not cleaned. I had to go to the front desk for fresh towels. Other than that, breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly. Great hotel!

First room AC would not turn off and heat would not turn on, we had 10 blankets on bed. 30 degrees. You can see through all blankets- very thin, if you like to be warm ask for 12 extra. We requested a transfer, moved us across the hall. Room temp was acceptable- however, sink and shower wouldn’t get past Luke warm. Close to airport is the only plus. Staff made zero effort to credit or comp, just offered to switch rooms.

Our sincere apologies for the issues you experienced. Staff should have immediately moved you when you let them know of the issues you were having. You must have called for blankets since you had 10, and this should have been handled at that time. Unfortunately, when booking through a 3rd party we are unable to comp or credit. Please accept our apologies.

Very nice. Great staff very friendly. Room is very modern and comfortable. The only negative was the lack of hot water for our shower. It was lukewarm at best. Having the refrigerator was great. I wish the room also contained a microwave.

Thank you for your review and our staff will truly appreciate your kind words. Our apologies if there was a water issue, we rarely have these issues anymore, but do apologize. We have mini refrigerators in every room, and microwaves are available through housekeeping upon availability and only if you are staying more than 3 nights. Thank you again!

Comfortable but lacked somethings.
The room was nice. I appreciated the couch. I would've liked a microwave in the room to warm up left overs.
