Pros: Very clean. Easy location for in and out! Just pay for the parking, then it's right outside the door! Cons: Bed left something to be desired, of course everyone has their own types! Can be a little noisy, if you're not used to it, right beside So Virginia! Were there for 5 days, and the hot tub was never operational during our stay.😔

My wife and I travel very frequently. I wish there were more properties like this available in other cities. It gets very old and boring to see the same hotel room no matter the city. It’s very refreshing to stay at a place that truely feels like a home. The property was spotless and the gym/pool are amazing. 5 stars all the way around.

Great space for a weekend stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having a full sized fridge and washer/dryer. Gated parking was also a bonus. Movie theater and coffee shop within walking distance. Tesla charges less than 1 minute drive was a plus!

Property was great and it was super easy to get in and out of. Central to most of Reno so getting around was quick and easy. A few little things that made it not a 5-star experience. Our fridge jn our unit had a VERY loud compressor. Thankful the fuse box was accessible so I shut it off for our stay because we didn’t use it the 4 days we were there. The smaller window in our room didn’t close all the way because someone had slammed it shut with this lock closed and it damaged it. Was kind of worry some when it rained one night. Parking spots were confusing as the person on the phone didn’t give clear info on it until they sent me a map of useable parking spots.

Spacious, clean aparthotel. Located on a busy street but we found it to be very quiet. In a great location because of the good eats (and great coffee) spots in Midtown Reno. For a place that sleeps two couples comfortably, it needed 4 plates and 4 bowls (there were only 3 plates and 2 bowls). Communication was good when we had a problem with the dishwasher.
