This older and somewhat run-down property in a sketchy neighborhood. That staff was very friendly and helpful, but most of the electrical outlets in our room (and the lamps plugged into them) did not work, and the faucet in the bath ran continuously. The breakfast service does not open until 7:00 AM on weekdays, which is late for travelers.

The rooms were clean little outdated on the decor. Bathroom reminded me of the 70s. Bed were hard and uncomfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Plenty of parking.
Staff was friendly. The room furniture was really dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Homeless people wandering the parking lot around guests cars and digging in the garbage. Other savory characters hanging out in parking lot. Bad neighborhood. Luckily our plans were canceled so we left a d went back home and hour after checking in. Didn't feel safe.
Bed was comfy enough. Everything smells like cigarettes and the place was pretty run down. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t leave anything valuable in the parking lot.
Staff was very nice. Place however was terrible. First room had to be switched due to a awful smell from fridge and the window was so scratched up you cant even enjoy the room. So I lost my city view with the upgraded room I payed extra for. Second room almost as bad. Carpets beyond disgusting in both rooms. Homeless people all over the entrance. Will absolutely not stay again.
The property in general would benefit from a decor refresher but for the price I can’t complain. The room was clean and the amenities were nice.

This is tough because the room was quite enjoyable. Largely the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There were just a few hiccups that were a big thorn in my side.
Universal remotes that didn’t work with the TV that had to be exchanged multiple times. Needing a key card to navigate most of such a tiny property. Needing ID for guests to come up to the room is pretty wild, but there seems to be a prostitution problem near the property. It is also situated between a residential neighborhood and nightlife district.
The restaurant was fair priced and fast. The food looked good but I didn’t order much. It is near midtown so thats nice, and efforts are made to deter any shady behavior but it’s an uphill battle.
I feel for the staff, they were great but property was in terrible condition. Shower didnt work properly, stains everywhere, carpets, chairs etc. Ramada should be ashamed that this is what their hotels have turned into!
