Excellent property and close by to shopping center, Casino within Walking distance, nice walk around property nearby trail, short distance to Reno Casinos. Overall the hotel was amazing

An overall great hotel. The bathroom had hair all over and we ran out of tissue and called for more but it never came so we had to go buy some. Everything else was perfect, the free breakfast was good, parking was great, the pool water temp was awesome and the room was like an apartment it had everything we needed

Stayed here with my family, including kids and an infant. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10–15 minute drive from downtown Reno. There's a casino nearby and plenty of shops and eateries in the area. A beautiful lake sits behind the hotel, and the view from our room was fantastic. The room was clean, and both the housekeeping and front desk service were excellent. The complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended - we will definitely visit again!

The best hotel stay I’ve ever been in

I stayed here for 6 days and it’s been the best experience ever. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always went above and beyond, the room and hotel was super clean , the space was comfortable over all and it really felt like home. On top of that , it’s close to all of the stores nearby making it super convenient, all walking distance. I would definitely stay again, I was sad when it was time to go home
