Ceasars does a nice job. But not much interest in the area. Parking structure does not have enough parking. Most is blocked off.

The casino has fewer machines and games than in the past, and the keno counter is only open Thursday to Sunday. Dining options are also more limited. The addition of some planned new restaurants might revitalize the concourse this summer.

First, it was extremely confusing finding the parking garage and getting checked in. We checked in late Thurs night, showered Friday morning at 5a and we had no hot water, luke warm at best. It was like that for 2 days. Friday they had issues with their elevators. They have 4 on our side of the building, but only bother to run 2. Both we having issues and people were getting stuck on the floors. We walked down the stairwell 6 flights to the bottom only to get to an emergency exit that would sound if we pressed the door. So, we had to walk back up 6 flights. After speaking with the front desk, they offered a credit to our bill, that they never actually added after being told 2 times at the hotel it was. Checked my bank yesterday and was billed the full amount. Now I have to make another call. Wouldn't stay there again with all the other options.

there was a lot of people and only one elevator was running..waiting in line just to get to ur room is such a terrible and unsafe situation cos people try to get in the elevator and tend to overload...

Nothing in waking distance , dirty little motel and tweekers on the streets . Never been to Reno before, honestly will never come back unless for another event for my kids . It’s kind of like a cruise going to a crappy island ,nice on the ship but you don’t leave and explore!

The registration desk employees were so friendly, positive and kind. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. A great place to stay for a ski trip to Mt. Rose. Really enjoyed our stay!

Arrived late afternoon, check- in was all by Kiosk. Dropped our belongings in the room. Room was clean, aesthetically pleasing. Returned to casino for food, drink and gambling. Returned to room in evening tired and ready for rest. Took a shower and water was cold. Water at sink was cold too. Called front desk and they wanted to send an engineer. I declined was tired, already had cold shower and the best the hotel offered was $25 service to be used in the property the following day- WHICH WAS THE DAY I WAS LEAVING!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS??? No hot water and no comp. Won’t be staying here again
