“It was fine. The lady on check in super friendly.”

“I have to say that the hotel is quite good. The reception is kind and many other things are also good. I can recommend this hotel to anybody. However, next time when I visit Melbourne, I hope to try other houses too.”

“Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation! I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room”

“The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.”

“Loved the stay here. Clean and sleek hotel. Well stayed. Thank you”

“Staff was very helpful and apartment was clean. Included secure parking which was very helpful.”

“Room was above a garage door, very noisy. Tv said premium satellite channels had nothing but free to air”

“It was ok but by no means the quality I would have expected. The room was cold and I had to ask for a heater. The first 2 were broken so they gave me their personal heater. That worked well. It was loud there. The piano they played was extra loud, the divide between the rooms was thin so I could hear everything from the room next to me and the people outside my window were loud. The bed rolled around easily so I had to be careful not to bump it much when getting into it. The bed itself was...
