“Anna and Ian were fantastic hosts. Nothing absolutely Nothing was too much for them. Breakfast continental was gorgeous. Those homemade oatcakes we're so tasty!. The whole house is like a beautiful museum. So many quirky bits and Bob's. The room a spacious amazingly quiet at night for a great night's sleep in such a comfortable bed. If we're ever in Lincoln, this is the place to go again. Many thanks”

“-It came across as a place that was as hands off as possible and didn't really care. -there was a smell of old smoke as I entered -4pm is too late to start check in and it messed up my day, especially given the far out location -ground floor on the road next to the common room isn't a comfortable place to sleep, again showing care for income, not service -door codes were fiddly - I could hear others struggling from my room, and could feel stressful -no hairdryer, broken drawers, shower...
