"Nice and friendly staff, I had the all inclusive package. I would suggest more waiters at the beach area. You could not have food at the beach as part of the all inclusive package. Only buffet lunch and dinner. For the à la Carte you get 25% off. The entertainment was good some nights. It’s a good city beach hotel."

"The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The room was very clean and nicely furnished and the AC worked extremely well. We had an outdoor shaded patio as well as our own private pool. All in all we felt very pampered."

"We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely! The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night. We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!"

"Everything was simply perfect. From the beautiful pool-access room to the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff, every detail felt special. The hotel manager personally walked us to the dining room on our first visit, and Nikos from one of the hotel’s impressive restaurants was absolutely amazing. The spa is also fantastic and even offers hairdressing services. Simply wow. If you’re visiting Crete, don’t miss the chance to stay at OROS. An unforgettable experience!"

"Hotel easy to find, next to large supermarket on a main road, a mile from the cross island route. Some parking, 3 allocated spaces and then on street parking nearby Has a lift but some stairs involved for most rooms. Room was a 2 room apartment with a large lounge/kitchen area, with a large Smart TV, oven, hob and fridge. Balcony off each room, large shower room, and plenty of storage space. Complimentary breakfast was good. Pool area limited, not enough sunbeds and begins to lose sun from about 3pm. Staff were pleasant and helpful. 100yds from the massive beach and its safe promenade full of bars and restaurants leading to town, about a mile away. The main road option I would avoid on foot, parked cars and busy junctions."
