“This hotel showed exceptional hospitality. We loved the room and the town. Breakfast was very good and seating was in the outdoor garden area. One thing to note is that getting luggage to the hotel can be a bit challenging because of its location. However, when we checked out, the staff kindly offered to help carry our luggage back to the main street where our car was parked. Their thoughtful service made a great stay even more enjoyable.”

“We had booked a queen bed room. I guess that was not available so we were given a 2 twin bed room and they put the twin beds together but didn’t set them up as a king. They tried to sell it as “we gave you a better room” but it was not. Being that the baby sleeps with us in the bed occasionally it was so uncomfortable as the beds would drift apart often. “On ne se gare pas devant l'hotel, qui au coeur du village, dans des rues étroites..; ce n'est pas un problème, le village est facilement accessible, mais encore faut il en être informé. Arrivé sur place, la personne qui nous a accueilli était peu avenante...pas mal aimable, mais peu chaleureux comparativement à la Grèce. “It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention.
