"The hotel was perfectly situated to where we wanted to be in Madrid. It was easy to walk to The Prado and Sofia Reina museums, and Retiro Park was literally around the corner. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. And the staff was more than accommodating and friendly. Being welcomed with a glass of cava made the experience even better!"
