"Room Adequate size, clean but I don’t like the steps leading to the bathroom- it has 3 steps - fall hazard for senior travelers. Placement of mirror allows full view of you if you take a shower for the other company. Staff Professionals and welcoming Breakfast Good choices but no variance. I have the same breakfast food for 4 days Shops nearby A lot! It’s gran via!!!"

"Conveniently located near to Atocha railway station and Metro, I would definitely recommend this hotel if it is within your budget. Room is compact, but well designed, with a spacious toilet that separates wet and dry area. There is a bakery and cafe on its first floor and serves nice food. Room is clean and the vibe is comfortable. A note, though, for light sleeper is that it might be a little noisy when other occupants open/close their doors too loudly."

"Wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel Madrid Atocha We booked the Hard Rock Hotel at the very last minute, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Every member of staff was consistently kind, welcoming, and attentive — not only to us but also to our dog, which made the stay even more special. The beds are incredibly comfortable, with high-quality sheets and pillows that make for a perfect night’s sleep. The water pressure in the shower was excellent as well — a small detail that really made a difference after long days exploring the city. The only minor suggestion would be to add more places to hang used towels in the bathroom. Overall, we felt truly comfortable, well looked after, and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. A big thank you to the entire team and the General Manager for a job very well done!"
