"We enjoyed our stay at the Grizz Hotel. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the room was clean and modernized. We were very happy that there was a Continental Breakfast and it was well stocked. My only suggestion is to put a stand in the room for a suitcase, we had to use the table to lay our suitcase on. We would definitely stay at the Grizz Hotel again. "

"It’s a two star room with a five star property and experience! What an interesting historical site and true family owned business experience. An idiosyncratic sight around every corner, and the ghost town has a massive pile of fascinating antiques, the roundhouse full of old train cars worth the half price admission when you book at the hotel. I wouldn’t get the train as an extra though. The food at the hotel is also two star but affordable and gets the job done. Overall, a truly one of a kind place and worth it as a museum of Trans Canada’s past. "
