โOnly a 5-minute walk from the airport. We landed at midnight and were very happy that the accommodation was close to the airport, easy to find, had kind staff, and offered an early breakfast service starting at 4:00 a.m.
Highly recommended if you arrive in Iceland late at night.โ

โLittle scary with no staff and being entirely self service, but they answer email questions quickly. Location is spectacular and youโd pay >$500 a night if this was US. Great restaurant on site and within walking distance. Also great you can check out and leave bags for the afternoon while killing time before going to airport. โ
โThe Park Inn was picked for the convenience , close proximity to the airport . With a early flight as well as dropping off a rental car this was the perfect location

โThe kitchen is marvelous!
The upstairs is an A-frame room and there are stairs to the upstairs unit, and to the loft. This could be a positive for privacy, if you are young and agile. We slept on the hide-a-bed on the main floor and found it comfortable.
Any communication difficulties were on my end, because we were traveling when the hostess tried to communicate with me.โ
