"I would like to downgrade this hotel for the rude female receptionist who refused to get me ice for my diabetes medicine today, but the breakfast was 6 star, so it took my rating back from 4 stars to 5 stars. I still recommend this hotel and found the ice I needed anyways, although the Proseco on the buffet maybe slightly warmer. :p"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. "You could stay any nearer to Mannheim Hbf so the location is perfect. Easy access to the city centre too and tram/bus transport links on the doorstep.
Lovely reception team member on arrival and the slightly early check-in allowed (14.30) when the temperature was 33 degrees was much appreciated."
