Just a very dated hotel. Everything from the blankets in the bed, to the showers, to the pool area ( very dirty.). Everyone was super nice, and the location is great for walking downtown.

Checking in online saved no time at all. Clerk still had me fill out paperwork again which was done online. Only one person for front desk and breakfast. Garbage can was overflowing and hot breakfast food was not kept from running out.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a couple "issues" in the room, but the staff quickly took care of them. Great location within walking distance to most of the Minocqua shops, trails, beaches, etc. Wouldn't hesitate a return visit.

Room was dated but very clean and comfortable. Location of the facility is excellent and easy access to all downtown areas. As well, easy access to and from the facility. Staff are wonderful and every interaction was professional and respectful. Breakfast was so-so but I was full afterwards. I will stay there again.

Pool and hot tub great. Same breakfast foods daily. Not all rooms clean. Not all staff professional with overhearing them talk about other guests. However the staff I interacted with was mostly great and helpful. Rooms don’t have abilities to stream. WiFi spotty sometimes.
