"Location is great so close to old town - 15 min on the bus which stops right outside the hotel. Breakfast was great everyday and room was clean and great size"

"Pictures/videos online almost seem too good to be true, but they don’t disappoint upon arrival. Great cleanliness in the rooms and a unique modern style to the rooms also. Food options were good, especially at breakfast and the hotel is located close to a beach (walking distance). For other excursions I would recommend renting a car. Would fully recommend and will be planning another trip in the near future. "
"Great location that is close to everything but tucked away so it’s not loud at night. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Our favorite hotel during our trip to Greece and would definitely come to stay again! The common areas and rooms are decorated nicely. The breakfast had tons of options. Everyday they had the basics with different eggs and meats but sweet and savory pastries, dishes etc. would change daily. There are 2 elevators that are little larger in size compared to other ones I have...
"2 week holiday in August for family holiday. Great location for exploring the island and Rhodes Old town. Taxi service from hotel is hit and miss, would suggest maybe hotel providing shuttle bus to the Old Town"

"This was our first stay in Rhodes and thoroughly enjoyed at the Mitsis Petit Palais. The staff were all very welcoming, the room was clean and roomy. We were booked in for half board. "I realize it’s part of the architecture. However, it was so frustrating having to constantly switch elevators from our room to the pool and to get to our car. Also, those are som of the slowest elevators we’ve ever experienced.
The pool is Amazing! We enjoyed having access to shade at all times. The fresh mint, oregano, hot lips sage, and basil made the pool area pleasantly aromatic and calming.
Having the pomegranate trees and grapes growing on the property was also sweet to see when one is trying to relax. Thank you for all the details in those areas.
And you have the best breakfast buffet ! It was a highlight of starting each day!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this charming, quiet hotel nestled in a village-like setting with lovely gardens and a small river flowing by the main restaurant. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and eager to assist. While the main restaurant offered a limited menu, the à la carte options more than made up for it with excellent service and delicious food. The beach was pleasant, and the hotel events, especially the traditional folklore night, were enjoyable.
However, the room cleanliness was disappointing—dust remained on light switches and floors, the towel rack was oxidized, and the toilet splashed water when flushed, despite daily cleaning. Overall, a lovely location with great hospitality but room for improvement in housekeeping."
