“Customer service is impeccable! Lovely guy sorted it all for us and even let us use hotel pool after checkout as flight so late. Please book this is a fabulous villa, great pool, can walk to restaurants and a little “strip”. We hired a car for beaches and trips but loads of scooter hire places too. No loud nightlife, go to Paradise Cafe for excellent service and great prices greek food. ”

“What a beautiful property! We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We had fantastic treatments in the spa and enjoyed wonderful food and drinks from the restaurant. We will definitely be back soon. ”

“Overall it is a really nice hotel with good amenities. Lovely pool areas with a good choice of restaurants. The snack bar was great with so much choice. The water park was a great addition to! The pool area by the beach was beautiful. The only down sides were that the main restaurant food was quite repetitive and quite a few trays of tasteless food, however the main cooking stations produced much better food. Also there was not a lot around the hotel to see or do so you are quite isolated,...

“I liked the beach in the bay, views, fairly well equipped gym and good food. I didn't like the app's poor UX and the hotel staff to the most of the questions answering "it's available in the app". I don't mind checking/reminding myself details in the app but it would feel more hospitable if the staff could tell some brief info when asked, yet even for such a minor things like meal times I was directed to see the app. I'm a tech savvy person but I'd like be able to put my phone away whilst...
