가족들과 다시 한 번 방문하고 싶은 곳
시설은 어디와 비교해도 빠지지 않을 정도로 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 리셉션도 상당히 친절하고, 조식도 괜찮습니다. 와인 한 병이 서비스로 나오는건 기분좋았습니다. 혼자 방문한것이 어색할 정도로 가족에 특화된 분위기였습니다. 주차장은 접근성이 다소 떨어지고 창고같은 분위기였으나 주변 주차가 어렵지 않아 크게 문제되지 않습니다.

Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas.

Unfortunately I was disappointed
Unfortunately we were disappointed. The room it's too overpriced. For the price of 200 euros per night you can find a lot of better hotels in Bansko at half price. The hotel doesn't look for a 5 star hotel. The room doesn't look like the photos it's too basic like a 2,3 star room hotel and the mattress was too cheap I wake up with backpains. The worst thing was the stuff espessialy at the reception. Unhappy persons who doesn't want to help you, they barely speak English and they don't explain to you anything about the hotel and the facilities you have already paid. The only positive things are the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel. The spa was OK but the rooms of sauna and steam bath were too small for 2 persons only. You can find even in 3 star hotels spa's triple in size.

Really nice. Spa needs extended hours.
Nice, clean rooms and facilities. Buffet breakfast during the weekend was great, it's a shame it wasn't available on Monday where a la carte with significantly smaller choice was offered. Spa closes too early - at 8pm so if you like evening massage they book 6 or 7pm latest which I personally find weird - too early to eat before massage, too relaxed to dress up to go out and eat after. Services should be at least until 10pm.

Comfortable and service oriented hotel outside main center in bansko. excellent offering of transportation to and from ski and city center. good offering of restaurants in or nearby the hotel.

Everything was great with the stay from the room to the frequent shuttle service. Unfortunately I had a ski accident on 31st Dec, which meant not being able to leave the room as per Doctor's instructions. The reception staff didn't show any empathy to find us some dinner on NYE since we couldn't leave the hotel. We tried ordering room service, asking the reception to see if they have any no-shows at one of the 3 restaurants or any places we might be able to order some take out. They simply said they can not help us in anyway here. We had expected a better service from a 5 star hotel when it comes to unforeseen incidents such as this one.

Dear guest, Thank you for your time! It could be good to say your name in order to check your case. We would like to clarify that on the New Years Eve a prepaid cover / and book in advance/ is requested. All the covers were sold out and we didn`t have availability on all three restaurants. It is not possible to order food on 31st December as all restaurants are fully booked.

Very good hotel but...
Our stay was good but on Monday, early in the morning at 8:30 we woke up from drill sound because they propably had repairs. We were never informed about this inconvinience. They could deal with it later. Moreover, the spa area was crowded and you couldn't relax due the bad behaviour of some kids. This is a very good hotel and I feel sorry because the quality isn't like it used to be. If you make more rooms for more visitors then you have to expand the facilities like the pool and the spa area.

We have a relax zone in our SPA center where you can control the lighting, the music and etc. The temperature of the water is 33 degree. סך הכל חוויה לא טובה, לנו במלון 7 לילות, קיבלנו חדר בקומת הכניסה (קומה 1) עם ריח רע, נוף לחניה והמון רעש מהכניסה וממסעדת המלון והמשחקייה שהיו תחתינו. עם קבלת החדר ביקשנו להחליף חדר, בישרו לנו שלא נותרו חדרים פנויים ושקיבלנו את החדר הזה כי לא ביקשנו משהו מסויים בהזמנה. לרוב השירות לא היה אדיב. שירות השאטלים אינו תדיר מספיק ומצאנו עצמנו זקוקים למוניות כדי להגיע למרכז העיירה וחזור. נקיון החדר לא היה טוב. מתקני הספא קטנים מאוד. במהלך השהות ביקשנו לשוחח עם מנהל. המנהל לא חזר אלינו. מניסיוננו, לא היינו ממליצים על המלון.

Dear geust, Thank you for your time! As you didn`t mentioned your name we cannot investigate your complain. Yes, the hotel has rooms on the 1st floor. A lot of guests have requests for different floor and we are doing the best to satisfy them. We dare to say that the rooms are very clean and also we have turn down service in each room. The shuttle services has a timetable ant is it on every 15 minutes. We provide transfer to ski slopes directly in the mountain, to the 1st station of the gondola and to the city center. Our SPA center is modern and fictional and we have the only one in Bansko bio pools. We dare to say the our staff is very polite and we have individual attitude to each guest at the hotel. We hope that we will have the potability to welcome you again and meet your needs.

This is a great hotel, a few issues initially, but they were sorted quickly. Pool and spa area are excellent, as is the food. One of the best holidays I have had for a long time.

We had to check out 30 minutes after we checked in and move to another real 5* hotel. The place is a mess. Small rooms and bathrooms with super cheap furniture. Small pool and super small gym. They promised us a full refund for not staying at their property but we never received it. Do not recommend! Waste of time and money!

Dear Guest, We would like to inform you that we have bigger apartments but they cost more. Our hotel is one of the best in Bansko and you can understand that by the other guests reviews. We never told you that we will refund the money as you are not staying at our hotels as there`s no real reason to change the hotel. There weren`t problems in the room and in the hotel at all. Also according to the policy of your reservation in case of cancellation or no-show the hotel will keep the amount as a penalty. All our rooms and areas have a description with their size and you could be informed before come in Bansko.

Amazing Ski vacation
Amazing hotel. Specious rom (Studio) with complimentary water, coffee, tea and chocolates. Great spa and a great service. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony which was nice. The shuttle to the mountain is very convenient. Ski rooms can be larger(they were full in the end of the day) and shuttle frequency to/from city in the evening was low.

Great hotel. They offer free shuttles to the gondola and back, so even though it's far from the ski gondola it doesn't bother at all. It even has rides to the first stop on the mountain. The hotel is in a quiet place near the outskirts of Bansko and has a few restaurants and a spa.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο. Λίγο αλλοπρόσαλο το house keeping, γιατί δεν ήξερες πότε θα γίνει, αλλά κατά τα άλλα εξαιρετικές εντυπώσεις. Καλά εστιατόρια, πολύ καλά spa, εξαιρετική πισίνα, άνετα δωμάτια. Πολύ καλό το service με τα λεωφορειάκια που σε πηγαίνουν στην αρχή των lifts. Μέτριας ποιότητας έπιπλα, μικρός χώρος στο bar. Αξίζει!!! Very nice hotel. A bit erratic the house keeping, because you never know when it will be done, but, beyond that, excellent impression. Very good quality restaurants, very nice swimming pool, excellent spa, comfortable rooms. Average quality furniture, not plenty of space at the bar. It's worthwhile!!!

Στα θετικά του ξενοδοχείου είναι το spa, είναι καινούριο, λειτουργεί συνεχώς και διαθέτει πολλές εγκαταστάσεις. Στα αρνητικά είναι ότι η χρήση του γίνεται ανεξέλεγκτα από παιδιά και ενήλικες χωρίς κατευθύνσεις (π.χ. πολλοί ενήλικες χωρίς ντους πριν χρησιμοποιούσαν την ίδια πισίνα με τα παιδιά και δεν γινόταν καμία υπόδειξη από το προσωπικό). Στο spa από λάθος της κοπέλας στην υποδοχή που δεν μιλούσε επαρκώς αγγλικά μου παρασχέθηκε λάθος θεραπεία - αν και δικό τους λάθος δεν δέχτηκαν να επανορθώσουν. Το προσωπικό εν γένει είναι φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό - με εξαιρέσεις από την συναναστροφή μου με μια κοπέλα στην υποδοχή και στο spa. Το δωμάτιο που κλείσαμε είχε τιμή 500 euro ανά διανυκτέρευση - μερικώς δικαιολογείται από την περίοδο των Χριστουγέννων αλλά υπήρχαν σημαντικά μειονεκτήματα - το δωμάτιο ήταν πάντα κρύο (ήρθε τεχνικός, χωρίς αποτέλεσμα) - υπήρχαν πολλές διαρροές από τα παράθυρα και μη επαρκή θερμαντικά σώματα. ζητήσαμε να ανάψουμε το τζάκι και μας χρέωσαν για αυτή την παροχή γύρω στα 8-10 euro για την μια φορά. Τα κρεββάτια ήταν απαράδεκτα. το κύριο κρεββάτι δεν ήταν king size και ήταν πολυχρησιμοποιημένο και παρωχημένου τύπου. το επιπλέον κρεββάτι για τα παιδιά ήταν καναπές που άνοιγε αλλά με ένα πολυκαιρισμένο πολύ λεπτό στρώμα. Στο check in μας καθυστέρησαν 2 ώρες από την κανονική ώρα - ζητήσαμε κάποιο είδος έκπτωσης χωρίς αποτέλεσμα.

We would like to inform you that the check in time starts at 3p.m. We checked you complain and you are checked in at 15:06 p,m.. Our hotel has a central heating and also each room has an air condition We will be happy to have the possibility to have you as guest again at our hotel for one great vacation!

Poor bedroom decoration with bad furniture
We enjoyed our stay at Lucky Bansko. The bathroom amenities are very good. Sadly we were let down by the poor housekeeping. The room was only serviced around 6pm at night and a shoddy job was done of the servicing. The sheets are too short for the mattress and there is no mattress protector in place. We had a dirty tea towel which we dutifully placed on the floor in the bathroom as per the ‘towel change’ policy... everytime we did this we returned to the room to find the same towel hanging up in the kitchenette again. The bedroom furniture and decoration is more appropriate for a school dormitory it is not adequate for a 5 star hotel. The SPA is fabulous and the room service is very good and quick. The restaurants and breakfast are very good. The hotel occupies two buildings which are joined by a complicated stair and passage arrangements. This hotel is not good value for money we will not stay here again

We checked your complain about the towels and we have established that the towels were changed as per our policy. Fantastic hotel. Didn’t really leave other than to ski as had everything for us and the kids. Staff were really helpful. Will be looking to come back next year. Excellent value for money.

One of the best hotels I stayed at in Bulgaria
Great place with focus on service and quality. We had a good time. However the biggest challenge is Bansko it self which at this time of year has a constant smog form the use of coal in the city. Not a problem a the piste. But a thing which will prevent me from staying at a local hotel again (next time we escape the smog)
