It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

We stayed at Emporio Cancun with my kids and overall had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly.
Big shoutout to the hostess Jenifer Rangel — she was always so friendly and made sure everything was great during our stay.
The only downside for us was the rule about no kids in the main pool, which we didn’t really like. Other than that, everything was really good.
