“The condition of the property was outstanding. All looked after by one lady who took pride in her work. Very friendly and the same lady who checks you in and do breakfast. ”

The town (and many others in the area such as Porto Do Son) need to figure year-round activities to encourage ongoing tourism. “Very nice hotel in a beautiful historic building. Staff was polite. Big rooms and comfortable beds. There's a cafeteria and a restaurant which served delicious meals. The only thing I missed was complimentary water in the room, otherwise all was perfect.”

“I stayed here for one night after walking 15 miles from Pontevedra on the Camino de Santiago Pros: -The women at the front desk was very kind and let me check in 3 hours early -The price is hard to beat as it was 35 euros for 1 night for a single standard room with king bed (the rooms are also very spacious) Cons: -You feel like you are entering and exiting a maximum security prison as you can only enter and exit the premise through a gate that has to be opened by talking to person at reception...
