“The host took good care throughout my stay. Arranged a taxi to and from the airport and to get me around throughout my stay. Breakfast was generous pity I didnt eat a lot. A well balanced meal with variety. Housekeeper we're friendly and warm Well done”

“The room was not clean. There were some sort of metal shavings on the ground. The door handle was broken. Furniture unclean. Wifi did not work a bit. No cleaners came in between the days to change towels, toilet paper, etc. The staff was friendly for the most part but the infrastructure is terrible”

“My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The Rooms are very comfortable and clean with great views . The breakfast was basic but tasty. The hotel is need of a bit of a facelift. It seems dated in terms of decor but the rooms and bathrooms are nice and the beds are comfortable and is a great night sleep. It’s definitely bang for your buck and the location is amazing.”

“The space is great it needs updating though. I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle...

“The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. ”

“If security is your main priority I would highly recommend, however, due to the many restrictions I felt a bit uneasy.”

“Staff was very friendly. The hotel is gated and always had someone available to open/close it. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel is within walking distance of a coffee shop, some local restaurants, the Savannah, gardens, zoo. There was no continental breakfast, no bar even though one was there. We didn't use the pool. Property could use some upgrades and renovation.”
