,Hello Sandra,You mentioned toothpaste in the note you left me,My bathrooms are cleaned Every day, what you called toothpaste was paint that dripped when the ceiling was painted recently.Last quest in that room commented on how well they slept ,mattresses were what they are used to,The hot water travels 140 ft. has to run a few seconds. If the room was Not what you are used to, you may travel 8 miles to Cooperstown.

I call my guest prior to arrival, tell them what room they are in, the door is unlocked and the key on table inside the room, When they leave, they put the key on the table and say good bye. 99.9% of the guest LOVE the check in and out.Larger TV's are on our list, they are not tiny,I DO NOT provide BREAKFAST, and never have, Hotels .com. has been told to alter the amenity,I will not comment on our store that happens to provide gas. Perhaps your next stop should be a 5 star motel in a area that charges 300.00 nite,apparently you did not realize we live in rural USA.

Thank You for your response. The TV is 26'' actually I am going to put in new TV's. Coffee can be obtained .a two min . walk at the local Gas Station, I used to serve Coffee and ect. until COVID, A larger eating area would be nice if you were expecting company.I am interested in knowing what room you stayed in, Well at least the room was clean.

Thank You for taking the time to post a review. The Wi-Fi worked for the other guest, the Motel was built to codes., double insulated, 2''x6'' walls, all matttress are Sealy , I will address your concerns.

I was not ASKED if guest could charge his car all nite, I charged him 40.00 since that is what I will be billed for the electric, we are 5 miles south and 8 miles north of service stations. I do not clean rooms every day ,only check room if they need towels, saw the electric device pluged into the room outlet, saw the cord which went out the door , leaving the door ajar during the charging. This is the same guest who entered a positive review, I am the owner that told you not to charge the car again. It is not a provided amenity.

You stayed 1 nite, the room was cleaned before you stayed, sprayed with cleaner as all the rooms are, lets just face it you wanted a FREE Breakfast, the password does work it maybe your device, for the 100th time I DO NOT MAKE BREAKFAST, you would complain if I did, Have safe travels.

Yes I appologize for giving you the wrong receipt. The water mixer does have the hot and cold reversed , which you were made aware of, was not told of a bed squeezeing, I received your voice message the next morning, you had already left. The room was Not covered in cobwebs, cleaned every day. We do have a office, not a overnite staff,and a lounge area, ALL the booking agency have been NOTIFIED we do NOT serve BREAKFAST,finally your stay was 85.00 nite,plus tax.All in All you had a interesting one nite stay.
