"From check in to check out great customer service. Helpful and friendly staff. Price well worth it.Beauriful and clean ,rooms and property. Main restaurant,Calabash had friendly staff and the food was premium. The gym outstanding. Love the game room option . The spa and staff was excellent. The only reason I took off 1 star was the beach. Which the hotel.has no control over, but the seaweed was terrible ans I love going swimming. Other than that the absolute best stay. Easy walk to the main road where one can easily get a maxi taxi to various stores and the city. Pr the fish festival. If you prefer you can get a taxi right at the door or the staff will call one for you. You can also schedule a pick up on the day of your departure"

"If you want quiet, stay here. The rooms are outdated but clean. Most staff were very friendly. The food is amazing but depending on how many people are staying, the buffet is not always open. The beach was full of seaweed but they took us to their sister hotel in a van and the beach there was wonderful. I wanted to upgrade our room and emailed them but got no reply. The place was empty so I am sure I could have been accommodated."

"My family and I stayed for only one night, so unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy everything the property has to offer, including the amazing pool, deck, and the many hammocks throughout the property. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. For dinner, we took a short three-minute walk to a nearby restaurant, which was very convenient and the food was great. The owner was also very accommodating. We requested an early check-in, which was kindly granted, allowing us to drop off our suitcases in the room before heading out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the main bedroom has a huge bed that looked more like a California king! The only downside for me was the drive to the property. The roads were quite bumpy, and the journey felt a little never-ending. I would definitely recommend having a car and purchasing any groceries, drinks, or other supplies before heading to the property, as I don’t recall seeing many shops nearby. Overall, we had a great short stay. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again, hopefully for a little longer next time so we can fully enjoy all the amenities."

Owner Ann Marie has meticulously crafted every room and detail to create a unique experience that far exceeded our expectations. The property is filled with uplifting and inspiring messages that gently remind you to live life fully and enjoy every moment. The made-to-order breakfast was absolutely to die for—fresh, delicious, and prepared with care. A special thank you to Ameena, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place and made our stay even more enjoyable. The modern touches, from the HomePod to iPad ordering, perfectly blend technology with warmth and charm. The location is wonderfully quiet and tranquil, right by the ocean and conveniently close to the airport, with easy access to the city and beaches. Hidden Gem truly lives up to its name. A beautiful, peaceful, thoughtfully designed place with exceptional hospitality. If you’re looking for somewhere special, this is definitely a place worth discovering. 🇧🇧❤️ Highly recommended!"
