When I originally booked this hotel there were amenities listed that are no longer available. Shut down restaurant, outdoor pool and hot tub. “Entering the office it was old and unkept the attendant was hard to understand. He asked if any of us smoked and looked at my 12 year old and asked if she smoked which was appalling to me. When we get into the room it smelled musty like no one had bothered to clean it in a while, there is cigarette holes on both bed blankets, the faucet in the bathroom tub was leaking, the shower curtain looked like there was mold in it, there was no tissues in the container, the TV was unplugged and the cable...

“Staff friendly. Quick to address any concerns. Breakfast bar with a good variety to choose from. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Has a pool, exercise facility, and outside sitting area with gas fireplace. Very close to attractions. Lots to do in the area.”

The staff member did do what she could to fix the issue quickly and was very pleasant to work with. She was apologetic about the situation. Included breakfast was horrible and morning staff did not seem to want to set up additional food when they ran out. They didn’t have much food options to begin with. “Save your money. This hotel is DIRTY. The second floor is used for people living there. They close off part of the hotel forcing you to walk outside around the building to access the other half of the building. 2 homeless men hangout in the back parking lot by your car all day and night. The sink had dry tooth paste in it and the shower had someone else black hair in the tub. Just GROSS”

“Our first room had a dog down the hall that barked for 2.5 hours straight. When i went to the desk to request a room change there were guests checking out for the same reason. The front desk was happy to move our room. We get to the second room and there is yet another dog that barked for a solid hour. I know this is a pet friendly hotel and I have stayed in many pet friendly hotels and have never experienced this. So on to the third room on the 1st floor. The entire hallway smelled like wet...

“Well our phone did not work in our room and the tub in the room the faucet was taken off so we could not use it for the jacuzzi tube. I complained and got no where.
